CANCELLATIONS

  • Within 30 days before the arrival, 50% penalty.
  • From the 13th day to 7th day before the arrival, 75% penalty.
  • From 7th day before arrival, 100% penalty.
  • From 20/12 to 6/01 and 01/08 to 31/08: 100% penalty (during this period we kindly request 100% payment prior to arrival).
